We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Londre Bodywear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for sustainability reasons, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce our collective carbon footprint.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
